In the office, Duyun focuses on the tax aspects of business planning and transactions, both domestically and internationally. She joined the firm after gaining experience in employee benefits law in Kansas City and earning an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Duyun enjoys solving complex tax issues, approaching them like intricate puzzles that challenge her analytical skills.
Out of the office, Duyun enjoys visiting museums, exploring new cities and cultures, watching musicals, and hiking.
Duyun’s favorite part of working at Stein Law is the opportunity to engage in diverse transaction structures and tackle a wide range of tax issues across various areas of tax law.
